Pricing Basis
The RCVS is a premium industrial measurement system built from industrial control, networking, radar sensing, and encoder-based measurement components. Pricing is based on standardized product platform that includes hardware, configuration, testing, documentation, warranty support, and commissioning options.
Product positioning: The RCVS is not a low-cost sensor package. It is a complete industrial conveyor measurement system designed for harsh production environments.
Additional Services
Remote Support - $225/hr --- Post-installation support, troubleshooting, training, and non-standard assistance outside included in commissioning scope.
Engineering Services - Quoted separately --- Custom integrations, special reporting, non-standard controls work, or site-specific engineering changes.
Onsite Service - $2,500/day plus expenses --- Field service, additional commissioning, site troubleshooting, or customer-requested onsite support.
Additional Services
Standard Payment Terms
Standard order terms: 50% deposit due with order and 50% balance due before shipment.
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to begin system build, configuration, and allocation of hardware. Orders are scheduled after deposit funds have cleared.
Balance Before Shipment
The remaining 50% balance is due before shipment or delivery. Shipment is released after final payment has cleared.
Accepted Payment Methods
ACH transfer is preferred. Wire transfer and company check are also accepted. Credit card processing may be available for certain transactions and may be subject to processing fees.
Quote, Purchase Order & Order Protection
MacLeod Services uses a formal industrial equipment sales process to protect both the customer and MacLeod Services. Each order is documented with a quote, invoice, and defined scope of supply.
Formal Quote: Defines package, pricing, scope of supply, estimated lead time, and exclusions.
Customer Approval / Purchase Order: Customer authorizes the order. Purchase orders are accepted when applicable.
Deposit Invoice: 50% deposit invoice is issued and paid before system build begins.
System Build & Test: System is assembled, configured, and functionally checked before shipment.
Final Invoice: Remaining balance is invoiced and paid before shipment.
Shipment / Commissioning: System is shipped or scheduled for installation based on the selected package.
Open account Net 30 terms are generally not offered on initial equipment purchases. Established customers and larger organizations may be considered for alternate terms after credit review or prior business history.

Installation, calibration, commissioning, and detailed technical documents are provided to customers as part of the purchased system package.
Site Conditions
Performance depends on proper installation, commissioning, calibration, conveyor condition, and application suitability. MacLeod Services will review project details before order acceptance.
Standard Product Platform
The RCVS is intended to be sold as a standardized product platform. Custom requirements may be quoted separately.
